Nighthawk M1

 

I tried to update the new firmware for a friends, who has the Nighthawk M1 Mobile Router.

To my surprise,the update didn’t download. The text box said “ Update Error ,The update couldn’t be updated and the mobile router will automatically re-check for an available update within 48 hrs “

Can you tell me what’s happening with this new firmware  not being able to download.

I did the manual update but this also came up with a error.

    Please advise your device's SKU and FW/PRI versions.

      Firmware NTG9x50C_12.06.02.00

      The new firmware I’m trying to download is Version 12.06.08.00

        Please do a factory reset and try agaon.
