nighthawk m1

My Netgear  Nighthawk m1 will shutdown and restart on it's own from time to time. Sometimes it gets in a almost continual cycle. Ussually I can take the battery out for a while and it will work fine for a while. I have replaced battery and still happens. What can I do to correct or do I need to buy a new one?

    I am following this......I am having the EXACT same issue and came here today to post this. Router keeps rebooting and when it does work it is extremely slow.
