Nighthawk m1100 wont connect to ps4

I have this LTE router everything else in my house will connect to it via Wi-Fi except for my ps 4 and when I plug in the ethernet cable nothing connect to it the dashboard says ethernet not connected even though I have data offloading Enable via ethernet I cannot hook my playstation up to it anyway that I tried please help
