Nighthawk M2 Model MR2100 blue light flashing, home & back buttons not responding
Netgear Nighthawk M2 Mobile router Model MR2100 -LED blue light constantly flashing, face of unit is unresponsive to touch ie even when holding the unit touch buttons for home, back & power do not respond at all; unit has been plugged into power socket using appropriate power cord suppled with unit; occassionally internet connection drops out; internet connection response is quite slow.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried rebooting the unit by removing the battery and plugging it back in?
