Nighthawk M2 (MR2100) keep freezing

hello   i have Nighthawk M2 (MR2100) the devise keep freezing and LED power button freez on blue button    i have to restart it by unplug power to restart it    frimware NTGX24_10.13.14.00 last...

Please upgrade to the latest release and do a factory reset to see whether the issue goes away.
