Nighthawk M2 offloading issue - solution

The original issue questioned why Offloading was not working with an iPhone but OK with an Android phone hotspot.

Solution:  Some devices are unable to identify (or connect) to an offload source that has non-ascii characters in the device name.  Seems the Nighthawk M2 will not handle non-ASCII characters in such data sources. Removed an apostraphy from the iPhone device name - instantly solved.
