Nighthawk M2 screen sensitive

Hi,

After updating to the new firmware on my nighthawk m2. The screens digitiser now turns on the display when touched (rather than the on/off button). This causes more battery to drain as the screen is more active waiting for touches, and the screen accidentally turns on more frequently when held. Is there a way to turn this off?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-100NAS). This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label. 

     

    Kindly access M2 settings page. Go to SETTINGS > Advanced Settings > Device. You should be able to change the LCD screen display settings.
