I have the same issue. Screen won't display (although it doesn't always do this). Still connected to the internet. Blue light flashing. The only way to get the screen to display is to take out the battery.
Has this been resolved?

We are currently looking into the issue. We would like to clarify which of the cases you have:
[1] Is the LCD completely black even after rebooting? If so, this is most likely a connection issue.
[2] The LCD is black and won’t respond to power button or "wake up" after running device for a long time. Then reboot will show “NETGEAR” logo and the LCD UI operates again.
If it is the second condition, please provide the following information:
- How long you've left the device on?
- How many clients are connected? What type of load you're putting the M2 through?
- We sent you a private message as well for additional information - FSN and IMEI number.

Hi there,
I'm having this same issue and it's really annoying! Are these units not supposed to be left on all the time? Mine is and I'm having to reboot it more and more.
Firmware version NTGX24_10.17.10.00
SKU MR2100-1TLAUS
ISP Telstra
We bought this unit in September 2020 so didn't anticipate it playing up this soon so any help would be appreciated.
