Nighthawk M2 Screen won't turn on.

I have i Nighthawk M2 that seems to be working fine but the screen won't turn. I normally just check the screen to see how much data we have left for the month but it no longer displays the screen. ...

I'm also experiencing the same thing - the modem has been on continuously for over 2 months, and now the screen is black and doesn't re-appear on pressing the power button (which is blinking blue) or the home button. However it is working perfectly as a modem. I have not yet taken the battery out because, well, it is working, so why risk losing my internet Also, my admin options do not include a "screen off" function, only a brightness control.

 

Has a solution been provided by Netgear?
