Nighthawk M2 Screen won't turn on.

I have i Nighthawk M2 that seems to be working fine but the screen won't turn. I normally just check the screen to see how much data we have left for the month but it no longer displays the screen. ...

Box won’t stay on or go past netgear logo when turning on when I have a SIM card in it. Any help please. Do I need a new battery? I have it connected to the power supply.

Can you try with a different SIM card? That will eliminate the faulty SIM possibility.

    Thanks for your help. I took the battery out & when I put it back I haven't had any further problems.
