Nighthawk M2 was missing Wifi signal after update new software

Dear Sir,

My new Nighthawk M2 had came with the informaion:

_ Firmware Version: NTGX24_10.13.05.00

_Firmware Build Date: 2019/05/14

_Hardware Version: 1.0

_PRI version: 02.10

When I start using at second time, the update new software notice was displayed, then I had followed that! After updating new software, my M2's Wifi signal become disappeared, then another mobile device cannot connect this M2 via Wifi.

New software as below:

_Firmware Version: NTGX24_10.19.03.00

_Firmware Build Date: 2021/09/01

_Hardware Version: 1.0

_PRI Version: 05.02

So, how to fix this problem???
