Me too. Nine days in and I have had to unplug to get the Nighthawk back up again more than 15 times. I have tried with and without the battery installed - makes no difference. We only have six devices connected. Telstra support told me to do a full re-set - problem is still there. Other posts identify this as a known problem. I really need a solution - now! Some posts suggest Telstra may just replace the box - but do I need an authorisation from Netgear?
Cheers

This seems to happen with every new model. As if the firmware coding process starts over from scratch with each new model / revision.

Interesting
Queens birthday weekend I went to Yarrawonga, took the nighthawk with me, it did not freeze once all weekend, make me wonder if the Telstra 4G for this unit, all availability for the use on the network is full, when I use my iPhone the are no issues, absolutely frustrated by poor Telstra service

Hi All,
As per Blanca_O 's post, please upgrade your devices to 10.13.05.00 if it is a Telstra variant. This firmware was released to the public on Thursday 20th June and contains many bug fixes. If you have upgraded and are still experiencing issues on the Telstra network then please send me a PM.
Regards,
