I have the above device which won’t start up, initially it flashes blue gets to 2 dots on the screen then flashes red every 5 seconds! it won’t go any further! any help please!
1. did you try a factory reset?
2. or removing the battery?
3. is your battery charged or using an approved charger? (i've seen reports that a 2.4amp charger will run it without a battery)
4. is it new? or how old is it?

yes I’ve pressed the reset and held button many times.

im using the charger from an M1 router
