Nighthawk M5 incredible slow

I am using my Nighthhawk M5 with a Telkom SIM Card in Germany. Unfortiantely the download Speed is only around 600KB/s

So its extremly slow. It has full 5G Signal strength and teh latest Firmware. Its set to Dual Band 2,4+5GHZ

Is there anything that i could try to speed it up?
