Nighthawk m5 keep disconnecting from internet

hi,

 

I’m using local SIM card and connect to the router 2 iPhones, iPad and laptop. Recently I noticed whenever I open links from social media (Instagram, Facebook) on my phones or iPad the router disconnects immediately, meaning the internet lost for all connected devices, Wi-Fi is working though. It takes about 2-4 minutes for internet to get connected again.

I contacted SIM card provider for several times - they assure me there’s no problem with the connection from their end. I tried 2 different providers, but the result is the same.

 

Furthermore, I was using this router for half of a year and honestly believed it’s the provider who causing the troubles. But recently I started to notice I get disconnected when I open links from social media apps direct messages. I would notice this earlier, but this isn’t stable. Sometimes internet just disconnects randomly. Sometimes it can be stable for the whole day.

Fact is that I get disconnected 2-5 times a day.

 

Please help me to solve it. I was expecting a better experience from a $1000 device.
