M5 supports WiFi offloading. It will suit your needs.
When you are at home, enable WiFi offloading to connect M5 to your home router. Then all your clients will get the data from your home network via M5.
When you on the road, M5 will automatically switch to use Cellular data and all your clients will get data from M5's cellular connection.
When you come back home, M5 will automatically switch back to use your home network since WiFi offloading is enabled.
Thanks

JohnPeng That'll work for at home but in an RV park needing wisp mode?
Does the M5 support that option?
I wasn't aware that it does but I don't have one so can't say 100%.

In RV part, M5 will just use cellular connection. If the RV part provides WiFi, user can also offload the data to RV park's WiFi to save cellular data.
M5 can remember the previous connected WiFi network. When it detects the WiFi is available, it will automatically switch to it.
Thanks
