Hello, the problem has been solved by doing a factory reset of the device. The problem also occurred to me after an update to fix some problems, as it helped me to provide the device with the new update ( JohnPeng ) because I was having a problem with the 5g connection of STC Saudi Arabia. As for the version of the device, it is from By STC Kuwait

"Should" makes a lot of sense. Hope you don't refer to the AC-only config in the menu? Are these general available models, or are we facing some Kuwait stc carrier (locked) devices?
Not sure how some customers gets the device unlocked, but once the device detects the PA is a QuickCharge, it will oper in non battery mode, of course you need to remove the battery first. I will upload some videos too, Im using also some car lighters compatible with QC that works perfectly in NBO .
