Nighthawk M6 MR6500 Nat Problems

I just got this mobile hotspot and it works for everything except gaming on my Xbox. NAT is strict and saying unsuccessful upnp. Upnp is turned on, and I even tried with it turned off. I dont know what to do. I’m not that tech savvy
