Look here: We got an update from the team that a new firmware (v12.01.16.01) is available to address the constant reboot issue that was introduced in the previous firmware. Applicable for MR6110 / MR6500 (AT&T SKU) I. For devices experiencing a continuous reboot cycle, kindly enable Ethernet offloading to check for firmware updates on the Web UI. Please follow steps below:

I followed the steps in the link, but it didn't work. The MR6500 stated "Connected via Ethernet". Its MAC address was registered by the upstream device. When I tried to check for a firmware update, the MR6500 returned the message "Network not currently available, try again later."
