Nighthawk M6 Pro MR6500 unlocked n78 compatibility
Hello everyone!
Colombia carriers just started to offer 5G coverage. I already bougth an MR6500 unlocked accodring to specs on Netgear website it will work on N77 and N78. https://www.netgear.com/home/mobile-wifi/hotspots/mr6500/?_ga=2.140931701.619891991.1711976367-1925615892.1710446161
Also I found that N78 is a range of frecuency that is included in N77 range.
Once I did all the test, seems it is not connected to 5G N78 Colombian carriers.
Did some other searchs and seems that N78 it is supported for some carriers around the world, but no others.
Any suggestion? It could be a lack of coverage of 5G networks? Maybe a firmware update could solve my problem of 5G connection in Colombia?

Unlikely that you will ever be able to get this fixed as the MR6500 is an AT&T only device and even unlocked, it will not support all bands from other carriers. To make things worse, firmware can only be obtained through AT&T and must be approved by AT&T.
