More than one of these tied to network with a static IP, game over. This worked with the older 4G. There is something going on with AT&T side. And it’s nothing they want to know about or help fix.
The units will connect with APN for dynamic IPs.
Any input for a fix please let me know.

I am not familiar with ATT, but they might have an option for you to pay for static IPv4 address. Otherwise, all carriers are using CGNAT, ATT being no different. This is one drawback of cellular modems that could be a deal breaker if you require a static IP.

can your device power off when in plugged in mode? (without battery)
