NightHawk Mobile Hotspot

Can anyone answer my question?  

I'm considering the Nighthawk Mobile Hotspot, and need to know if it can provide the functionality I'm needing.  

I want to be able to set it up connected to my WiFi network at my Lake House and leave it active on the Lake House network, when I'm at my home 500 miles away.  We do not have an ISP in the area of my Lake House - most of the neighbors use a Mobile Hotspot to access the Web.

I would like to access my Lake House network via my iPhone from my home, using the Nighthawk Mobile Hotspot to view Ring security cameras on my Lake House network.    

Can I use the Nighthawk to do that? 

I have assumed that since the NightHawk accesses the cellular tower network, that I should be able to access the mobile hotspot via a cellular connection from my iPhone from wherever I'm located, which would then allow me to access the Lake House Network, and the cameras on it.
