The "Roaming Data Disabled" error occurs because data roaming is turned off by default in your router's firmware, and you must bypass the glitchy Netgear app to fix it. Connect your phone or laptop directly to the Nighthawk's Wi-Fi, open a web browser, and type

Let me be clear so that there is no misunderstanding. That site pikepass isn't compatible with your roaming issue in Europe because is for United States users only!
You should get in touch with EE Customer Services.

Hi Fortra, thanks for explaining the poke pass situation - I get the message very clearly but I’ve already been in touch with EE and they assure me that the data sim associated is roaming activated so I don’t think it’s a network issue. The nighthawk M1 was bought independently and I then bought the data sim separately.
