      Hi Fortra, I didn’t buy the Nighthawk from EE with a data package combined. I bought the nighthawk separately then I bought a data sim from EE. I have indeed been in touch with EE and they confirm that the SIM card is fully roaming enabled.

      so I believe the issue is with the nighthawk unit itself

        Had you registered the NightHawk M1 router, when you installed the NetGear mobile App onto mobile phone while both devices (M1 & Mobile phone) is connected via the same wifi network ?
