Nighthawk MR 6110 Doesn`t work on 5G frequency on STC Saudi Arabia

i have Nighthawk MR 6110 and i have the Same Problem with STC Saudi Arabia on 5G frequency
until now still working on 4G only with very low speed and i contacted the Costumer care many times but i still have the same problem and still not solved to now

    Please advise the device SKU name. MR6110-1A1NAS or MR6110-1TLAUS?

    Hello, I have the same device model mr6110-1s4mes, version NTGX65_12.01.16.00, but unfortunately it does not work 5G on STC n78
