Nighthawk MR1100 - can connect via ethernet , wireless enabled but can not see

Hello,
new user to the Nighthawk MR1100

I have just set it up

I have my laptop currently connected to it via the ethernet port and it works great

I have enabled and set up the wireless, but my laptop or any other devices see the SSIDs 

Any suggestions on what may be happening?
