Nighthawk MR1100-100 Cannot Access Settings

Hi,

I am based in the UK and trying to use a 3 SIM card. I can connect to the device and it detects that it is a 3 sim but get a message saying "no internet" and a message on the Nighthawk screen states APN set up required. I get directed to the set up page using the IP address for the router or m1login.net but the unit will not accept the admin password.  I have tried using the admin password printed on the label under the battery, have used "admin" and "password" none of which work.  I have conducted a factory reset of the unit and still the same result.  This happens whether I use my Android phone, MacBook etc.

I believe I need to change the network provider setting but have spent 3 days going round in circles.
