The router is the MR1100-1TLAUS model?
Not sure if relevant, was the downloaded file processed somehow and the .spk extension removed? The KB does show the file name as "MR1100-1TLAUS_23113199_NTG9x50C_10.25.01.01_00_TELSTRA_03.22.secc.spk".
