The origin of the file is from this community. In another string of messages. It was to correct the data usage issue.

The router is the MR1100-1TLAUS model?
Not sure if relevant, was the downloaded file processed somehow and the .spk extension removed? The KB does show the file name as "MR1100-1TLAUS_23113199_NTG9x50C_10.25.01.01_00_TELSTRA_03.22.secc.spk".
HI, No the .spk extension is there.
If you know of another link to the file we need, can you please let us know. Yes this is for the Terlstra Australia version of this product.
Just ried the file again after a new download confirming the file name below and still same error message.
