Nighthawk MR1100 FW NTG9X50C_10.20.05.02 Wont Update

I have this same firmware and can’t get it to update either. I’ve had AT&T attempt to push me an update 3 times.
It will show Downloading 0% then it just says download error. Then goes back to showing it’s up to date. Until I ask them to push an update to me again.

I will check for the upgrade issue on MR1100-1A1NAS SKU and get back to you.

- hollnagelc don't be naive - they've been trying for a year or more and they never have done anything to help. Support does not exist in this case.
- Ah I gotcha. I didn’t realize it had been an ongoing thing. Thought maybe my device was just having issues.
