NightHawk MR1100 not seeing LTE Signal

Nighthawk MR1100 not seeing LTE Signal, only shows ATT 4G network.  Currently on the ATT data plan. All my iphones display LTE but the hotspot only has 4G.  So, it's not the location of the hotspot.  My iphones and hotspot are on separate ATT plans. Firmware is up-to-date, NTG9X50C_12.05.05.14.  Tried to set the network mode and Band Region thru the Netgear App, LTE isn't an option and always defaults to WCDMA All.  Please let me know if there's something I'm missing.

    Please do a factory reset to see whether it will help.

      I've completed multiple factory resets but no luck.  I don't get an option for LTE.
