Nighthawk mr1100 not showing wifi network

My nighthawk mr1100 hotspot Is not showing my wifi network. Everything shows up on my dashboard when hooked up through ethernet but no devices can locate the hotspot otherwise. Firmware is up to date NTG9X50C_12.05.05.12 I even tried Factory reset and reset all names and passwords but still nothing. Can anyone help???

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    Please access MR1100 settings page, go to Settings > Wireless > "Broadcast Wi-Fi Name SSID" should be checked.
