Nighthawk MR1100 Rebooting

 I've seen previous discussions about this issue of the MR1100 rebooting.  I purchased my unit from AT&T.  I am on my second replacement in 3 weeks and I'm having the same issue.  The firmware is up to date (NTG9X50C_12.06.39.00).  I've received a new SIM card.  Still random rebooting with and without the battery.  I ordered a back up battery from Amazon as the Netgear site does not have the battery available.

 

I have my iPad connect to it.  The unit has rebooted when I wasn't even using the iPad.  I've had email communications with Netgear and the reps aren't claiming fault to my issues but rather pushing off on AT&T.  They've provided 3 different units (the original purchase and 2 replacements) and they all have the same issue.  This is frustrating.  What is the remedy?
