Nighthawk MR1100. Setting up total usage

This Telstra account uses shared data yet the Nighthawk only displays the data usage for this service. We need to have Telstra reflect the usage related to the total account rather than this particula...

Is this an ISP provided device? If so, the data usage should reflect from the ISP billing. For units purchased from reseller then it will show the data usage.
