Nighthawk MR1100 sleeps

I need this to be constently on.  I've disabled WiFi standby in the global settings as suggested.  I've also disabled Ethernet Standby and the USB port is set to charge only.  If I am unable to have this "hotspot" in an always on mode, I will be returning it.
