nighthawk mr1100 telstra stuck at boot up after reset

hi, i have problem with my mr1100 telstra. I reset it but when it boot up it stuck at spinning circle. anyone know steps to solve this? i tried to reset it via reset button at the back part of it but not responding.

    Hi,

     

    Try this one,  reboot without sim card. If device boot was succesful, then do factory reset by pressing button. Then put the sim card back and reboot again and see if it goes better.
