NightHawk MR1100 Telstra to ATT
So I bought a Netgear MR1100 off ebay from China. The original provider is Telstra? Or however you spell it. I'm trying to run it on the US LTE AT&T network. The issue I've figured out is that it will connect to the old 4g / 3g network when I'm on the go. But when I'm home it won't connect to the LTE network. I see that their are 3 versions of these models. So is it possible to get a different firmware version from netgear and have the router setup to work on the new ATT LTE network? As far as I can tell from the information in the netgear literature, there is no differences between the 3 versions. They all use the same hardware. Anybody from ATT or Netgear themselves have any insight on this? This is my last option before filing to return and get my money back. Thank you in advance.

Telstra (used to be known as Telecom Australia many, many years ago before they shortened the name) is the biggest telecommunications carrier in Australia.
Firmware updates are provided by the carrier. The AT&T model is intended to be sold to the US market only and authorised resellers in the US would only sell the appropriate units.
