Nighthawk MR1100 update failure/frozen
My device began an automatic update the last week of December, we left for vacation and came home to the device being frozen in the update. The device remained plugged into the charger the entire time...

May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label
Please remove the SIM card, press the reset button for longer than 5 seconds until you see a change in the LED then let go.
