Nighthawk MR1100/ what is the best plug-in signal adapter

I have the nighthawk MR1100 hotspot that I use in a mobile home.  OTR is our carrier thru ATT.  My signal is only one bar and I was wondering if there is a plug-in adapter that I could use  to get a better signal?  Thank you
