I accidentally blocked all my devices from the users list while in the app. I can't figure out how to get back into it and allow my devices. Help?

I can't remember what to put in when it asks for ATN info. Can you help me with that?

You can log in to WebUI using the info printed on the product label under the battery.
Please advise your carrier and SKU of your M1. Usually, APN can be populated automatically based on the SIM card inserted.

It's saying my cellular data is not on. I go to settings/network and it appaers it is on.?

For AT&T, you need to set APN as broadband if it is not set and used a default. Make sure check the radio button in front of the AT&T APN to make it default.
You can send me a modem.json file to check by email following the steps below. My email address is jopeng@netgear.com
- Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
- Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
- Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
