Nighthawk MR2100-1EEUS

Help please,

 

I have a night hawk M2 and it's stuck frozen on the boot screen. Refuses to go past the second dot. On and off button is flashing red. Desperate for this to work as its my main internet router. Ive only had this one for a few months so ill be highly disappointed if its failed after such a short life span.

 

Ive tried battery in out reset. Start up with no Sim. Start up holding the reset button. And start up plugged in to the wall. All to no avail. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Also tried leaving it overnight to see if the issue resolved itself and no luck.

    I know it's a few months ago but did you get this problem resolved please? Mine is the same apart from being stuck on one dot
