Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-EUS). This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
Kindly get in touch with EE and have them check the device to ensure that it reached the billing server.

Hi, EE have confirmed that the device info is independent of EE. I have entered the date of the 26th on the device via the app, and it always shows '0 days left' on the billing cycle.

Hi, firmware is NTGX24_10.17.08.00, build date 2020/08/21.
Sorry, not sure what the PRI is?
Note that Netgear suggested the unit was faulty and I was able to swap under warranty, but the new MR2100 has the same problem.
