Nighthawk MR2100 keeps losing internet

This mobile router seems to need regular resetting when using as a modem providing internet access for a security video system. Being a remote location, it is considerably inconvenient to have to manually reset it every two or three weeks. It might be that it loses internet access when the 4G phone signal fails, as there are occasional power outages. Is there any way to reset this remotely? It is not possible to turn on the "remote access feature" on the router. Message "Does not support remote access". There is also a regular battery warning: "Please remove charging cable", not sure if this is an issue.

If you plan to run the device 24/7, we suggest you to power the device with the PA only without inserting battery. This way, it will avoid the battery from getting hot and impacting the device's performance.

The data connection stability issue are most likely due to the poor network coverage. If you set up to use the device wihtout battery, it will help on recovering the data connection after a power outage. Please give it a try and let me know whether this is a feasible workaround.
