Nighthawk MR2100 M2 - Firmware no longer updating

Hi,   My MR2100 last checked for a firmware update on 5/11/19 and is currently on NTGX24_10.16.03.00   When I press the "check for update" it just sits "checking" for ever and never completes.  ...

    I tried updating when Data Offloading was on LAN so NTP would go thru... and that worked!

I am in the UK and it's an EE sim in there :)

It has been confirmed by one of EE UK customers that after he switch to another network, his device can be upgraded successfully.

 

We are working with EE UK to resolve the issue.
