Nighthawk MR2100 M2 - Firmware no longer updating

Hi,   My MR2100 last checked for a firmware update on 5/11/19 and is currently on NTGX24_10.16.03.00   When I press the "check for update" it just sits "checking" for ever and never completes.  ...

    I tried updating when Data Offloading was on LAN so NTP would go thru... and that worked!

Problem solved. I have reset the M2 to factory settings. Then an update was found and successfully downloaded and installed :-)

Lucky you :) Firmware reset didn't work for me.

    After the firmware reset, if you checked for a new update, the router was in the original settings?

      yes.. full reset... then configured again.. still indefinite loop looking for updates.

        No, no! Do not understand me. Do a full reset and do not configure it again but look for an update right away.
