Nighthawk MR2100 M2 - is it possible to lock Cell-IDs?

Hello,

I ordered a M2 to replace my Huawei B818.

I wanted to ask if it's possible to lock Cell-IDs?

Via cellmapper . net I found which tower I'm connecting to and found out which Cell-IDs are the "good" ones.

Is it possible to lock my router to those cells?

Also, I've been reading here and found out I can lock Bands. Can you point me to an up-to-date guide how to do it? It was something with putty/telnet, but I guess there is an app which can do it nice UI.

That and Cell-ID lock would be amazing if it worked.
