Nighthawk mr2100

Hi, please help me!!! I have been sold a nighthawk mr2100 by telstra because the nighthawk 1 kept turning off regularly and I thought it was the battery but this model after only a few days is doing my head in. Turning off and dropping out completely as well as me having to constantly sign back into the wifi on my devices. It also seems to be having speed issues and is lagging- please advise- Flowergirl02

    Kindly check for new firmware and ensure that the device has the latest firmware. 

     

    How often does it disconnect? Please describe the LED status when issue occur.

      hi Bianca, i have returned the nighthawk device to telstra for repair? even though it is a brand new product. The device has the latest firmware and with regards to how often it disconnects, that is erratic but at least a couple of times a day when i am home. I followed a suggestion from other users and removed the battery and the device worked all day and night without a hiccup-but as this device was sold as a mobile device i expect it to behave as it was designed.

      If i had known i could just run the M100 device via power and not been talked into upgrading to the new model i could have saved myself a lot of stress and money
