Nighthawk MR5200 connects to the ATT tower but no data

My MR5200 can connect to the ATT 5g tower nearby,, and gets a five bar signal, but there is no data.  Phone and laptop can connect to nighthawk, but no data.   I've spoken to ATT tech support but they've had me replace the sim card a few times, but no luck.  they say everything looks good.  

 

It appears that something is blocking the data.  A setting somewhere maybe?  I'm wondering if anyone has seen this issue before?

    Could you please advise your AT&T plan with the SIM card?

     

    Please capture a model.json file and send PM to me.

    - Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
    - Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
    - Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
