Nighthawk MR5200 Mobile Router

How do you get Netgear to replace the wrong product shipped.  Tech support does not know how to do that.  Yet the Netgear store tells me they will process the replacement order.  But tech support says they do not know how.   Shipped me the MR5200 locked into AT&T but i ordered the unlocked MR5200 so i can use T-Mobile services.   (Case no: 45423541

    A couple of points.

     

    This isn't the best place to contact support. The community is essentially a user-to-user venue with some input from a small band of Netgear techies.

     

    Most of the answers come from fellow users who have no connection with Netgear. So they don't know how the sales channels work.

     

    If you do want to attract the attention of someone at Netgear who does keep an eye on these things, then you'd do better to use the section where they chat about the MR5200.

     

    Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems

    Smaller group, perhaps with more chance of catching the eye of a Netgear minder.
