Nighthawk MR5200 weak cell signal

Had strong signal until a few weeks ago. Now, in my villa it's searching for network and once I go outside and it connects, it's weak. Sometimes H and sometimes 4g. Same service on a phone I'm using as a hotspot now and it has no problem connecting in the villa and the signal is strong. Sent Mr. Peng an email with the json log and still waiting for a reply.....
